This is where a card enters the pool — usually filled in by your own AI assistant, on your behalf and with your approval. It is a drop box, not a filing cabinet: once a card is dropped in, nobody can read it back, edit it, or pull it out from this page. That is on purpose.
Never put these in any card field: ID numbers, photos, last names, street addresses, or phone numbers. The pool holds the minimal card only, and a card never carries contact details. Verification records a result, never a document. (The one exception is the clearly-marked email box at the bottom — it stays with the operator and is never part of the card.)
